Launching your career

As part of an intentionally small group of trainees, we will give you the opportunity of developing your personal skills and knowledge over a period of 18 months with the aim of attaining a specific target function. Our exclusive and versatile training program includes an internship in one or two other business areas, as well as a targeted build-up of knowledge in the banking and finance field. We will provide you with a personal mentor to give you ongoing support in your personal development.

Your profile

The LGT Graduates Program is looking for graduates who have completed a master's degree in any area of study, at the most within twelve months prior to the start of the program. In addition to very good German and English language skills (further languages would be an advantage), you must be willing to undergo a tough assessment procedure.
You bring initiative, commitment and a readiness to work hard. You are also able to establish and nurture good working relationships and are a competent team player.

The application process comprises interviews and a one-day assessment, during which your strengths and development potential in relation to the planned target function are tested.
