Today’s focus will be in on the Ifo institute’s German business climate survey. Analysts predict the gauge to remain near the previous month’s result on the back of the Ukraine crisis and the slowing Eurozone recovery. In the U.S., today’s report on consumers confidence will probably show an improvement in sentiment in June.
According to a Bloomberg News survey, the widely-watched index will climb to 83.5 point in June, close to the highest reading since 2008 that was reached in March at 83.8. Higher stock prices and home values will probably underpinning sentiment among private households.
