Syria and EM economics main topics at G-20

September 6, 2013

At the Group of 20 summit in St. Petersburg, Russia, most of the world's attention will be focused on Syria. Nevertheless, economic topics, such as the situation in developing countries, who face difficulties as the U.S. phases out its economic stimulus measures, will also be a top priority at the two-day meeting. Another issue on the table is the regulation of non-bank financial institutions which deal in hedge funds and money markets.
