Ludwig van Beethoven, whose 250th birthday was celebrated all around the globe last year, not only led Viennese classical music to its highest level: The innovative approach with which the LGT Young Soloists take a new look at Beethoven's works in their most recently released album "Beethoven RECOMPOSED" catapulted them to number one in the Apple video charts this week.

Only the multiple award-winning singer Ed Sheeran stands between their second podium place, as the young, talented musicians are at number three in the Apple video charts with another work from the same album – in 40 countries at once, including the USA, Canada, China, Japan and Russia, as well as in European countries such as Germany, France, Italy and Spain.

Since it was founded in 2013, LGT has been supporting the ensemble of young soloists with concerts repeatedly taking place for clients in an exclusive setting. After the premiere of their virtual Christmas concerts last year, the young talents will soon delight an audience consisting not only of lovers of classical music with an Easter concert. This is planned to be held in the legendary Studio 1 of London's Abbey Road Studios.
