Support in the preparation and follow-up of various meetings (e.g. get-to-know events, market deep dives, management office exchanges)
Support in the preparation of presentations (conceptual and content contribution but also review of layout / spelling / translation)
Clarification of cross-market issues with the management offices, incl. derivation of an overall prioritization / consolidation
Support of process optimizations according to feedback from the front office, incl. coordination with relevant internal stakeholders
Support of individual communication initiatives at private banking level (articles / videos / cross-market townhalls)
Preparation of ad-hoc reports and analyses (including market analyses and others)
Support in various coordinative and administrative tasks within the team (especially in case of absences)
Bachelor degree in a related field is preferable
Good command of written and spoken English; German is an advantage
Solid analytical capacity and attention to detail
Adaptability as well as problem-solving skills are essential
Good organizational skills and ability to work independently
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
