In this multi-faceted function, you will support the Relationship Managers located in Zurich in their day-to-day work servicing clients and you will deputize for other ARMs during absences. You will be responsible for administrative and legal/regulatory aspects related to client accounts, for handling transactional tasks such as orders, trades, payments, monitoring maturities as well as managing KYC matters, dealing with certain client enquiries and organizing client meetings. Furthermore, you will support the Department Head as Executive Assistant which also includes coordinative tasks for the whole area
For this position it is a prerequisite that you have been working as an ARM in a Private Bank for at least the last three years and that you have acquired a good understanding of investment products and instruments. Ideally, you have higher education; knowledge of Avaloq would be an advantage. You like to work as a team member as well as autonomously. You have an aptitude to work under pressure while maintaining a high level of service orientation towards our clients. You have full professional proficiency in English and as good language skills in German
