Credit Service Manager Structured Finance International (w/m/d)

Job Information

  • Assisting the analysis of complex credit inquiries (particularly Lombard loans and International Mortgages).
  • Support in the preparation of credit applications and reviews for the submission to credit authorities.
  • Implementation of approved credit transactions, including issuance of credit and security documentation in collaboration with the Credit Advisors.
  • Entering of data to properly reflect a concluded transaction in the internal banking system including ongoing data maintenance.
  • Managing of electronic and physical credit files.
  • Reconciliation of various monitoring lists and general administrative tasks such as preparation of multiple excel reports and data screens.

Requirements

  • Commercial degree in Banking and/or ideally a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Banking and Finance or equivalent.
  • 1-3 years of relevant work experience in a credit department (past or present).
  • Strong writing and communication skills in German and English, French is an advantage.
  • Affinity for numbers paired with excellent MS office skills, Avaloq knowledge would be a plus
  • Pro-active and motivated team player with strong interpersonal skills
  • Structured, diligent and high focus on detail combined with an ability to work to challenging deadlines while maintaining a high degree of quality.
