100 Years LGT

From a local bank to a global institution

It all started in 1921 with the founding of Bank in Liechtenstein, which had ten employees at the time. Today, the company, now LGT, operates internationally, has over 3700 staff, and is the world’s largest private banking and asset management group, wholly owned and managed by a family of entrepreneurs. These are just a few of the most important milestones that LGT has reached in its first 100 years.
